No Dems! Impeachment Bad!!!

If you enough news online you’ll begin to believe that there is a fervor to rid Trump of his White House burdens.#whitehouseburdens But this would be a stupid strategy for the house to pursue and would continue a trend of overreach. Here are 5 good reasons the Dems should just say nay!!

1. Bill Clinton

The GOP got destroyed in the cycle after impeaching and trying Bill Clinton. To add insult to injury he left with sky high poll numbers. His poll numbers went up during the investigation. But did the GOP heed the warning? Heck NO! They went down the bunny trail to defeat in congress….but they did win the White House. But a small consolation.

2. No normal voter is asking for this

Oh sure the extremist progressive base is howling for this. But the regular cycle voter nope. Look the bulk of America views Trump like it does taxes…with disdain and hatred. Fine get that. But to equate that with impeachment is naive.

3. Voters are angry because they feel that the wealthy are winning their expense

Many voters didn’t listen closely when Trump said he was going to look out for the taxpayers of the country. That is sensible, most voters naively assume they are taxpayers when in fact very few within the middle and lower classes pay any tax. Sooooo when Trump actually kept his campaign promises people are a little miffed. Its their fault for not reading the contract, but miffed liked the buyer of a used car with problems miffed. Yet…the House and Senate leadership offer NOTHING AT ALL to counter this agenda. This has allowed the crazies within their caucus free reign to push the impeachment agenda.

4. The Dems have no plan

Like the GOP in 1996 they Dems don’t have a plan and when you don’t have a plan you latch onto crazy ideas. House and Senate leadership like their GOP counterparts are funded by a handful of donors and they want their payoff. And many of them want Trump gone preferably by election. But elections are hard and bench is very very bare. Soooo how about impeachment!

5. Hour after hour of bad press

An impeachment process is very long and the trial will streamed and broadcast internationally. It will destabilize markets, place doubt in our allies minds as to our stability and frankly anger the whole voting base.

So just don’t do it! Walk away from impeachment. Pursue something novel like STRATEGY. What the Dems need is a story people are interested in listening too and a strategy on how to get there legislatively. Then and only then can they take advantage of a historically weak president.
